Do you sell Ganpati idols?

Accepted Answer

No. Gloriosa provides décor only; you supply the idol. Idol images on the website are for style and scale reference. Please share the idol height and width in the Space Planner so we can check proportions.

Will my mandap look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Real flowers vary in shade, size and market availability. We match the selected palette, mood and agreed density closely, but reasonable natural variation is part of the craft. Any material substitution is discussed before confirmation.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For 1–3 day plans, enquire at least 24 hours ahead; for 5–7 day plans, allow 48–72 hours; for a 10-day plan, allow at least 5 days so refresh visits can be planned. A slot is booked only after Gloriosa accepts the details and receives the 50% advance.

Do you refresh flowers during the festival?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Refresh needs depend on the flowers and duration. Any required or recommended visit is shown in your final quote with its date and charge; refresh visits must be confirmed before booking.

Question 5

Pickup, Porter or Gloriosa installation — what should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Pickup from our Vashi studio is free and suits customers who can assemble a two-person DIY kit. Porter is a third-party delivery option charged at actuals; you still assemble the kit. Gloriosa installation has limited slots and is quoted by location, building access, fixing points and setup complexity.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A 50% advance books an accepted slot. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch, pickup or Gloriosa installation, whichever happens first. No kit is released and no on-site setup begins until the balance is received.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel in writing at least 72 hours before your confirmed pickup or installation start time for a full refund of the booking advance. Cancellations received inside 72 hours are non-refundable because flower and custom-material procurement has begun. If Gloriosa cancels an accepted order, all amounts paid for that order are refunded.

Which areas do you serve?

Navi Mumbai is our primary service area. Mumbai and Thane projects are available only after we review travel, building access and setup requirements and confirm a written quote. Free pickup remains from our Vashi studio.

Question 9

How long do the flowers last?

Accepted Answer

Freshness depends on flower type, ventilation and weather. Marigold and sevanti often last 3–6 days; mogra and lotus are normally short-lived accents; orchid and anthurium can last longer. We recommend suitable flowers and any refresh visits for your selected duration before booking.

Question 10

Can I add modaks, prasad or a pooja kit?

Yes, subject to availability. Modaks are sourced from a partner halwai and require at least 48 hours' notice. Selected items are listed in your quote and collected with the kit or included in the confirmed delivery plan.

Question 11

What is included in the quoted price?

Accepted Answer

Your design summary and written quote show the exact table drape, backdrop, floral zones, overhead floral element, lighting, add-ons and fulfilment selected. The idol and customer's table are not included unless the quote explicitly says otherwise. Anything not listed should be treated as excluded.

Question 12

Do I keep the décor or return it?

Accepted Answer

The written quote labels every item as yours to keep or as a rental. Fresh flowers and loose petals are not returnable. Reusable frames, stands, lights, hardware, drapes or artificial florals marked as rentals remain Gloriosa property; the return method, due date, deposit and replacement terms are stated before payment.

What if there is a quality issue?

Send clear photos on WhatsApp within 2 hours of pickup or completed setup. We assess the affected item or zone and confirm the appropriate replacement or refresh. Natural variation and damage after handover or customer installation are assessed against the accepted design and handling instructions.

Question 14

How hard is it to install the DIY kit?

Accepted Answer

Plan for two adults and approximately 60–120 minutes for a standard home kit. Larger or custom setups require Gloriosa installation or a separately agreed plan. Every pickup kit comes with a numbered guide, supplied hardware and WhatsApp help.

Question 15

What does the Space Planner do with my photos?

Accepted Answer

The Space Planner previews optional front and side room photos only in your browser; it does not upload them. Typed planner details are saved in that browser. Nothing is shared with Gloriosa unless you later choose to send it on WhatsApp.
